Élan Parkside

fd2s worked with developer Greystar to create the signage program for Elan Parkside, the first new multifamily project built as a part of the adaptive use of Austin’s former Highland Mall. 

To reflect the project’s clean, minimal architecture and interiors, the  signage elements combine neutral colors and materials with patterns found in the architectural palette. On the exterior, the team thoughtfully integrated signage elements with the building’s architecture for a coordinated, streamlined appearance.
