fd2s programmed, designed, and oversaw implementation of a comprehensive signage program for this 49-story residential tower on the shore of Lady Bird Lake in Austin’s Rainey Street District. The design of the signage elements was approached with the same level of intentionality as the architecture and interiors. 

The result is a timeless and seamless look that complements the mid-century modern aesthetic of the building, with emphasis on natural materials, neutral tones, and judicious use of brass accents and pattern.
