In collaboration with Blackbird Studio Architects and Studio Outside, fd2s developed a new graphic identity and signage program that help rejuvenate this 70’s era office high-rise in west Houston. New signage in the renovated elevator lobbies help clarify the new destination dispatch elevator system, which has been installed to enhance the vertical circulation experience for tenants and their visitors. This modernization also improves the overall energy efficiency of the building. A second wave of implementation will include signage and graphic upgrades to the adjacent parking structure. 

The pattern component of the graphic identity is derived from the bar code equivalent of the project address: 5-7-1-8, and appears in various ways throughout the collateral materials and signage program.
